October 1, 2020

Good afternoon Revere!  Today is Thursday October 1 and here are your daily announcements.

Last Night, The Revere Women's Cross-Country team took on Aurora in their final Suburban League Dual Meet.  Despite the wind, rain, and mud, the girls took down a tough Greenmen team on their home course and produced some monumental times!  Freshmen Ellie Meech and Aleni Bender each took down the 20-year-old school record while taking 1st and 2nd in the race!  Megan Diulus followed just seconds back for a third-place finish while becoming the 5th fastest girl in school history!  Evelyn Tucker, Ruth Anand, Ally Meixner and Laura Wagner completed the team’s top seven with each girl running a PR or Season Best!  That success continued as a total of 16 girls bettered their times this season! Be sure to congratulate your new school record holder, Ellie Meech, and the rest of the team on some great running!  Keep up the good work girls!"(1)
