The Board of Education has approved a change to the age requirement to start Kindergarten.  Students must now be 5 years old by August 1st, beginning with the 2018-2019 school year.  Until the 2018-2019 school year, students may begin Kindergarten if they are 5 years old by September 30th or August 1st.   The adjustment is being made to ensure children are developmentally prepared for the start of school.   The change is not effective for the 2017-2018 school year, in order to give parents time to adjust to the new requirement.
    For any new student, register as early as you can to make the transition into the school year as smooth as possible for you and your child. Transitioning to a new school takes time and planning. The more information we have about your child, including medical needs and their academic history, helps create the best learning environment during the school day.
    New Student Registration Packet (Grades KG-12th)  (when printing, do not double side)
    Use this same registration packet for both half day and full day kindergarten students. All students will be assumed to be registering for our Half Day program unless they apply for the optional Full Day Tuition Program.
    Forms for 2018/2019 Full Day Kindergarten 
             1) Tuition Agreement 2018/2019 School Year, required form if opting for Full Day.
               2) Tuition Reduction Application, optional form, will be posted after 2018 guidelines are established.

    If you would like to Register your child(ren) for school, download the Registration Packet listed above or stop in to the Administration Building between 6:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday to pick one up. After the packet is completed, call or send an email to Mrs. Martin for an appointment. 
    All student registration is by appointment and held on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 8:00am-12:00pm at the Administration Building. Registration should only take approx. 10-15 minutes, depending on the number of students you are enrolling.
    Some items you will need to bring are: the completed Registration Packet, items listed on the checklist, child's original birth certificate, (2) current utility bills (gas, water or electric), and lease if applicable . Also, if there are any custody arrangements or orders, bring in the ORIGINAL, COURT STAMPED document(s). The Registration Packet has the complete listing of items needed for registration.
    Any incomplete packets will result in a pending registration until we have all the required documents on file. The start date of your child may not be determined at registration, as many various factors need to be considered, so please plan ahead.
    Revere does not accept Open Enrollment from area school districts. You must be a resident of the Revere district to attend any of the Revere Schools.
