Revere Local Schools Welcomes New Administrators

Cutright, George and Kieser to join the Revere team effective August 1, 2024

(June 25, 2024) – Revere Local Schools is pleased to announce three new administrators who will be joining the district for the 2024-2025 school year.  The Board of Education approved the following recommendations at their regular meeting this evening. 


Sarah Cutright will be the new Coordinator of Student Services, a new position for the upcoming year.  Mrs. Cutright comes to Revere from Copley High School where she served as the Dean of Students for one year. Previously an intervention specialist at Lake Local School District, Mrs. Cutright earned her undergraduate degree from Walsh University, a master’s degree in special education from Miami University and a degree in educational leadership from American College of Education. She will support students, staff and families through the Office of Student Services and is excited to get started. “As an educational leader, I strive to provide an environment of acceptance and clear expectations.  I want staff and students to view me as approachable and compassionate as well as an advocate for the well-being of each individual student,” said Mrs. Cutright.  


Tiffany George has been hired as the new Assistant Principal at Revere High School.  Ms. George has recently served as a principal with Summit Academy Schools and brings experience from previous positions in the areas of special education, curriculum and assessment.  Ms. George earned her undergraduate degree from Malone University and a degree in educational leadership from Malone University.  Ms. George displays a servant’s heart for her team, students, families and community.  “A very special time in the interview process was my  time on a tour of the school and talking with the student ambassadors,” shared Ms. George. I am excited to be working with high school students and supporting their goals and what they want to accomplish.  I look forward to working with Mr. Faris  and continuing the great work academically and socially.  I look forward to being part of a united team and adding to the great work that is already happening.”  Ms. George replaces Mr. Doug Faris who will take on the lead role as Principal of Revere High School.


Tara Kieser has been selected as the Principal of Richfield Elementary School.  Mrs. Kieser has served as the assistant principal and preschool director at Ellsworth Hill Elementary in Hudson City Schools for the past nine years.  Prior to this role, she was a preschool intervention specialist and coordinator in Independence Local Schools.  Mrs. Kieser earned her bachelor’s of science in early childhood education,  a master’s of arts in special education and school leadership/principal licensure from Baldwin Wallace College.  Mrs. Kieser brings core values of  teamwork, collaboration and trust to Richfield Elementary. “I am excited to join the team at Revere as the principal at Richfield Elementary School.  The parent engagement, community support, and staff commitment to the students’ experience make Revere Local Schools amazing!  I am committed to creating a positive, engaging culture where every staff, student and parent feels valued, heard, and seen,” said Mrs. Kieser. “ My values align strongly with the vision and mission of the district and I am excited about this opportunity! Mrs. Kieser replaces Mr. Anthony Stretar who has accepted the position of Superintendent in Black River Schools.”
