School Performance
At Revere Local Schools, ensuring that Every Student Thrives requires a continuous commitment to academic excellence, data-driven leadership, and future-ready pathway programming. The Director of School Performanceprovides the vital leadership and administrative oversight necessary to optimize student achievement and organizational effectiveness across the entire district.
This critical role serves as a cornerstone for both instructional leadership and district-wide compliance. Mr. Oberhauser works directly with building principals to support high-quality instruction and staff development, overseeing implementation frameworks like Ohio’s evaluation systems (OTES 2.0 and OPES), the Resident Educator Summative Assessment (RESA) mentorship programs, and district safety initiatives.
Key Areas of Focus
Assessment & Data Analysis: Serving as the District Testing Coordinator, Mr. Oberhauser manages all state and district assessments, oversees roster verification for grades 4–12, and leads comprehensive data analysis to refine instructional strategies.
Compliance & Strategic Planning: He directs federal programs and grant planning via the Comprehensive Continuous Improvement Plan (CCIP)—including Title I, Title IV, and Title VI-B—while supporting student services through compliance hearings and the Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training framework.
Future Readiness (CCWMR): A primary focus of this position is leading College, Career, Workforce, and Military Readiness (CCWMR) initiatives. This includes expanding Career Pathways programming and collaborating with regional networks, such as the Northeast Ohio Career Pathway Support Network, to provide robust, career-connected learning opportunities.
Through strategic collaboration with district leadership, staff, and families, the Director of School Performance ensures that our curriculum initiatives, professional development, and student support systems work in harmony to foster a safe, compliant, and high-achieving learning environment for all.
