Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, it is my responsibility to ensure that Revere runs smoothly behind the scenes, overseeing the Supervisors of Facilities, Food Services, and Transportation, as well as assisting in evaluating our Building Administrative Teams. Additionally, I support budget  accountability and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements pertaining to school management, all while creating safe, efficient, and supportive environments for students and staff to thrive. My work keeps the focus where it belongs-on teaching and learning. 

I completed my Bachelor’s degree at Kent State University and after student teaching at Valley Forge HS and began my career at Strongsville HS. I also spent time teaching at Buckeye ES and Keystone MS, where I was named Educator of the Year in 2016 and nominated for Ohio Teacher of the Year in 2019. During my 16 years in the classroom, I earned Master’s degrees in both Special Education (Baldwin Wallace University) and Educational Leadership (Concordia University) before moving into administration. I was first an Assistant Principal at Marion L Steele HS before moving back to Keystone as Director of Pupil Services. Four years later, I moved on to Midview as Director of Personnel & Operations, and then accepted the role here at Revere. Additionally, I am an approved Adjunct Professor for both Baldwin Wallace and Ashland Universities.
