• Ms. Amy Fagnilli

    I began teaching at Revere in 2005 and was moved to the English Department in 2019 after many long years teaching history.  I am also the Yearbook advisor and variety show advisor. This section used to include information about my accomplishments and academic achievements, but I've come to realize that none of that matters in the least.

    About our class: In Comp 11 ELA we will study American Literature chronologically, learn vocabulary using an online program, and practice  our writing informally every week and every so often formally for more rigorous grading. Discussion and journaling will be a key component of our class.  Juniors are expected to write a research paper and a persuasive writing piece along with other key forms of writing.  All assignments will be posted on our Google classroom and students are expected to check the classroom every day.  Assignments that are graded will also be posted on Progress Book.
