The Office of Student Services is responsible for the coordination of student enrollment, special education and related services, school counseling, health services, home schooling, parent mentors, homeless youth education, home instruction, school interventions, and English Language Learners instruction. The department ensures compliance with State and Federal laws. We also provide professional development to staff members on various topics ranging from behavioral strategies to special education law.
We maintain partnerships with the Cuyahoga Valley Career Center (CVCC), North Royalton and Nordonia Hills City School Districts to serve students with multiple disabilities, the Summit County Educational Service Center to serve Preschoolers with disabilities, and State Support Team Region 8.
